You can use a progam like Universal Extractor
(http://wiki.freebiewiki.org/index.php?title=Universal_Extractor) to
unzip the contents of the truecrpyt setup file. This way you don't need
admin rights to install truecrypt on your computer or usb drive.
then you start the file (located in the "Setup Files" folder) called
"TrueCrypt Format.exe". You can then select weather you want the whole
device encrypted or just create an encrypted file that contains your
data. If you like you can also partion your device in 2 or more logical
drives. But I don't know if that works if you don't have admin rights.
After that you can use "truecrypt.exe" to mount your file or device.
