I don't think that there is a piece of software that can unistall
leftovers from a software that has been uninstalled already.

Maybe you can use a tool that monitors the installation of a program,
so that you can see if everything has been removed ofter you unistalled
it.

regmon (http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Regmon.html) is a good
tool to monitor the registry entries, but I don't know a tool that
monitors installed files, though.
