USB Disk Encryption...

Hi,
Looking for some recommendations to enable encryption for my new USB flash
drive.
I have tried TrueCrypt which requires Administrator priveleges.
Any recoomendations for a freeware app that doesn't need admin rights as
TrueCrypt does?
