I used it for a long time, and had no problems except...got the email.
A company that works for Paramount or Universal, or something emailed
my ISP complaining that I was sharing stuff, and my ISP emailed me and
threatened to cut off my service. So I had to stop.

But it works great. Extremely fast downloads for the most popular
stuff, and you can limit uploads as you need to for your connection. I
suggest you get Azureus.

You only allow access to the torrents you are downloading, or seeding
(providing to the rest of the bit torrent community). Nothing else on
your hard drive is open, and I havn't heard of any security risks with
using it, except downloading a virus or something...
