I don't know such a capture and don't think it's a good idea.
These videos are highly compressed and caputre with a new
encoding will result in very large files and/or big quality
loss.

It may be better to look, what format the specific videos are
and if the can be saved in some way. Often you can find bigger
files in your browsers cache and these are your watched movies.
Then you must find out, what format their in, often a right
click in browser can help. Flash for example has it's own
video format (.flv), there have been threads about players and
decoders in this groups in the last weeks. For example this

This is an example, maybe there are sites where no such solution
is available, but I believe if you ask for specific sites you
will get help here in most cases.
