Re: Microsoft Defender anyone?

when defender was released and several areas of protection were dropped
that big's program covered (Big being the original writers of
microsofts antispyware beta) I looked elswhere, have been trialing
Arovax for several weeks (freeware) and it does the job, as far as
realtime protection is concerned,it has no on demand scanner, still run
other on demand scanners A2, ad-aware etc and no problems so far, I
don't use IE and as such BHO's are not a problem to me,(but are to my
son who tends to forget and use IE and he like poking around at seedy
stuff) which is one area of protection Microsoft antispyware dropped,
and one problem that can be a real nuisance, Arovax is fairly simple as
far as interface goes, but the price is right (freeware) and it does
block all the unwanted problems antispyware beta did ... perhaps we
need a team with a few spare PC's who are willing to put the freeware
antispyware etc programs to the test, I have several here and would
enjoy collaborating with others on such a program, and would be willing
to host any web displaying outcomes
