If contacting the software authors doesn't work, maybe a complaint to
the FTC:

will get some action, even if THINK ALL is outside of the U.S. But I
don't think the company is foreign located because I was able to find
this inclusion in item 13 of their TOU (asterisks added for emphasis):
"These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
applicable federal law and the laws of the State of *Texas*, without
giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any
action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms or
the products, services, software or web site shall be filed only in the
courts in and for *Plano, Collin County, Texas* and you hereby consent
and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes
of litigating any such action."
Perhaps contacting the closest BBB to Plano, TX will lead to more info.

I think the second one is current.
I'm convinced that their terms are far too obfuscated in that they are
listed under "Terms of Use". Terms of Use of what? That phrase isn't a
description of the "Terms of Purchase".
In the mean time, since THINK ALL may be violating the EULAs of some of
the programs they offer, perhaps complaints to the program authors might
be in order. Also, one to THINK All's website host may be in order:

since this would be a clear violation of that host's TOS.
This all reminds me of the old record clubs, but at least they made it
clear what you were getting into. Heck, I even joined a couple because
their records were so cheap. Never really had a problem with any of
those companies. This business though, seems to be out to trick people,
so I think the FTC needs to know what they're up to.
