One of the forum posts you quoted was mouser's

But it's not said on the key file page. I assume it once was there, as
mouser said it was. That post of mouser's is rather old, but your post
quoting it was to clarify "how the things currently work" for John F.,
so you can see how I expected to find the e-mail offer on the current
key file page.

Thanks. I'd lost sight of the fact that "key file page" was mouser's
quote, and that you never used the phrase.
