Email attachement processor and auto answer?

Hi all
Does anybody knows of a freeware prog that can automatically dependent of
the message subject, extract the attachment, run a program to process that
file and reply to the sender with a new file outputted from the application?
I have some small tools that processes some txt files, but there are I
receive the files processes them and send the result. Would be great to have
it done automatically, I would not need to do it and the guys would not have
to wait for me to send he result.
I can thing of other solutions, ex could have a html server in my PC doing
this, but due to some it restrictions this one seems to be the only or the
easiest.
