RegScrubXP: Does anyone have anything to say about it?

I just found that I'd downloaded RegScrubXP v3.25 some time ago. The
user reviews on a couple of download sites were extremely positive -- 5
out of 5-type reports. It does a lot of things, including give you the
option to remove registry stuff from companies that you hate! Now,
that's intriguing.

I believe that the last update was in 2006, and that 3.25 was the final
version. There's no trace of the originator on the web that I can find.

I couldn't even find a mention of it here over the last year and a half.
I'd appreciate any comments.
