I seem to recall an earlier mention of the "Orbit Downloader". So, after
being led around by Google (searching on "rtsp", sans quotes), I found
myself at <http://www.orbitdownloader.com/download.htm> (version 2.6.1),
downloaded, installed, grabbed the file (via
rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/videonation/d/devon_thebarton_56.rm), and all is
well. Freeware triumphs :-)
