What you need is Flashget (www.flashget.com)
So long as you can get the URL of the clip itself ( Ctrl + click on the
'Launch this in standalone player' brings up a new IE window with the url in
the address bar )
i.e.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/videonation/media/ram/d/bb/devon_thebarton_4x3_bb.ram
you can copy it to the clipboard, open Flashget, and paste it into the URL
to be able to download it as a .rm file.
I downloaded all of last year's electric proms this way.
