If I add a reformatting app it will be a multi-purpose one. but. . . I
don't know if I'll ever bother doing that.
TreePad handles *almost* all of my text reformatting needs. It only
accepts plain text (no need to strip) and it can rewrap, remove leading
spaces and change text to all upper or all lower case. I wish it also
had the @proper option (capitalize the first letter of all words) but I
don't make that kind of change very often so that's not a biggie.
