Monitor to see what programs accessing internet

I am looking for a program that will tell me which programs are
accessing my internet connection.

I can see activity going on with uploads and downloads but I am
personally doing nothing so I want to see what is doing it.

I have a firewall setup do I don't think it is unauthorised traffic.
