This X-Chat for Windows version features:

* Fixed strip_code so that it no longer takes off extra commas

* Fixed filename checks so that '/load "filenameWithoutSpaces.pl"'
will also work (Lian Wan Situ).
* Fixed hook_fd to work with sockets on Windows (Vince Pit).
