It's not clear what you meant by "I downloaded the rku.xell kit".
Could it be that you clicked the wrong link on this download page?

Under the green icon (top left) there are two links:
One is to a screen shot. Might be that you saved that to disk?
The other link: http://www.rku.xell.ru/dl.php?fl=RkU3.01.100.360.exe
resolves to: http://rku.xell.ru/dl/RkU3.01.100.360.exe
That's a simple NSIS (Nullsoft) Installer, nothing wrong with it. :)
