If I go to the shoutcast web page and click on some station there it
will cause an mp3player in my computer to start receiving a streaming radio station.
Is this webware, an internet resource or an "obtainable" program, or
both, or something inbetween?
If I use Screamer instead, and it works in the same way, am I using an
internet resource, or am I using a program, or both?
If I install a MySQL server and the mediawiki program I can create a
local wiki.
I can let others have access to it. It is now a program or an internet
resource?
If I am allowed to use Sam Odios Bluwiki system, is that a program I am
allowed to use for free, or is it an internet resource?
It becomes harder and harder to draw a simple line between downloadable
software and internet resources. So it would be the simplest way out of

software and accept how the modern world actually works.
There is a lot of software we can use for free without actually
downloading or "obtaining" it.
