"ImTranslator provides the most convenient access to online translation
service powered by PROMT translation server (PROMT Ltd.), Google and
Altavista" so you have to be online to use it.
It would be nice if there was freeware you could use to translate while
offline. Guess it's another addition to the Wish List.
