Question on Hiren's BootCD for Pennywise, Mr. Lipman and all who have opinons

I also see dl links on this site. Is it safer to download or to use the
torrent (or is it a silly question). Would David Lipman really consider
this safe hex, or would he say a prayer before we download this CD?
