boot cd to pass over NTFS shares to the network

Hi Group,
I have been dreaming of a boot-cd that would enable to define network shares
out of NTFS partitions, and to release them (R/W) over the network,
obviously, the login information to access NTFS (user and password) is
available.
That doesn't seem to be what "ultimate boot CD" can do, is it?
Any hint would be appreciated.
