Yup - Treepad can import .csv file and Keynote can import Treepad files
and export them as individual text files. They are small programs that
are easy to use and do the importing/exporting quickly.

They can be used as PIMs or as convertors if you'd like to try a PIM
that can't import a .csv file but can import text files.
