Yes they are difficult to deal with if you have any type of problem with the business end. I also had a bad
experience. I bought the pro version. Couldnt get my number to allow me to download it. Spent 6 months
arguing with the home office in Sweden over the issue. Sent them all the email receipts on at least 5
seperate occasions and still they wouldnt make good. Finally on my dime called them 3 times from USA and got
them to give me what I paid for. Costly product for me:)
The product is good and works as advertised. Wouldnt be without it as part of a layered defense.
