OT - but this might help:

Try posting in one of the many free microsoft.public.etc.etc newsgroups e.g.
word.general. They are usually very helpful with tips, tricks and macros.
They also provide links to numerous free worked examples.

There is no need to ask the same question in multiple "similar" Word groups
because the experts browse them all.
