Try posting in one of the many free microsoft.public.etc.etc newsgroups e.g.
word.general. They are usually very helpful with tips, tricks and macros.
They also provide links to numerous free worked examples.

Tip - don't post the same question to multiple word groups - it is about the
only thing that upsets them!
