Allway Sync is smarter and more user friendly IMO. However, it has a
limit, and if you use it too much in a month (too many files / month),
it will stop working for a little while.
I alternate between the two--using Allway Sync when possible, and using
SyncBack as a backup. I am liking Allway Sync enough that I may
consider purchasing the full version.
However, SyncBack can do more than Allway Sync, for eg., it can sync
over ftp.
