I considered that, but I've seen how the environment can turn pretty
hostile on occasion. When Susan asked the initial question, I assumed
it was in the nature of wanting an FYI and I responded that way. See:

I think that's pretty much what one of the development team would say.
You can see what the reaction was by following the rest of the thread.
If you were a software author who was offering an excellent program
that does some things that no other program has been able to achieve,
had your own forum, and a knowledgeable user base, would you want to
have your integrity and motives called into question the way it was
here? I know I wouldn't.

Somehow, I don't think yhey'll lose any sleep if they get nit-picked
off the Pricelessware list. JMO, but I think it says more about the
way ware descriptions are arbitrarily applied than it does about the
program itself, which is the point of this and the related discussion
and voting threads. There really should be a better way of doing it.
