Virtual Desktop: Drag Windows Between Multiple Monitors

I'm looking for a virtual desktop, which has a preview window that shows
miniature versions with sizes and positions of currently running program
windows and you can drag those program windows to different parts of the
screen and between the desktops using multiple monitors. I have tried a few
programs and noticed that sDesk 1.2.0
(http://tomasek.cz/stary_soft/sdesk/index.html) and SharpE CVS6
(http://www.sharpe-shell.org/news.php) allow dragging of program windows,
but not with two monitors. I have Windows XP Home Edition SP2.
