Try bypassing the router. If you can connect to your modem config
that way, then it probably is a router issue. Your router's support
page is here:

It looks like your router has a setup wizard and a web-based
configuration page. The user's manual asks for the revision model and
shows you where to find it on the barcode label.

Look around the page. There are several resources including firmware
updates, several guides and data sheets, tech support link, etc. You
should be able to find what you need if it is the router.
