Well, I gave it the old college try. It does have an MDI as well as an
adjustable cropping frame, but the interface is difficult to get used
to, there is no "Preferences", "Options" or any other kind of settings
in the menu that I can find and the program takes inordinately long to
both start as well as to open image files.

Guess I'll pass. I removed it from my system. It has potential, but it's
got a ways to go.
