Tell you what, Susan. I'll give you an example of how easy it is to
admit to making a mistake.
According to the above, I was mistaken in the "To my knowledge ... it
was NEVER adware" coment above. It was inaccurate, and I stand
corrected. I did not intend to mislead. It was a case of simply not
recalling having seen anything other than internal ads, and I still
don't remember seeing any. My apologies to all for my error.
That said, however, you edited out the part of my post that shows the
current version is NOT adware acoording to the 2007 ware glossary
definition.
