That's the situation in a nutshell. Allowable exceptions to the
definition of Freeware are listed in "da rules" (additional exceptions
are made for apps that win a Pricelessware ware ballot).
If the auto-updater cannot be disabled ePrompter is not eligible for the
Pricelessware List because it does not meet the ACF definition of
Freeware. (Donationware was noted in the ware description - that
exception is allowed by "da rules".)
