John Jay,

We're talking about Netlimiter Client FREE, right? I have it running for
about two months now, am very pleased with the application based stats it
offers, however limiting an application's bandwidth is not one of the
options the free client offers IMO.

Right-clicking an application in the "on-line" list gives you the following
options:

* Create Process,
* Move to hidden,
* Show Application's Name (with sub menu)
* Show Stats
* About (Netlimiter)
* Update registration (get the paid pro version, that is)

Now, if you have a way of limiting the BW with the free edition, then
please share it with us, as I think more users of the program will be
interested in this feature.
