It's a command line program:

"7za <command>[<switch>]<base_archive_name>[<arguments>...]"

"%~dp07za.exe x %~dp0VETdownloadVET0_h.zip -y -o%~dp0VETtemp"

will extract VET0_h.zip to VETtemp folder...Windows XP / 2000
format.

Think PKzip 2.04 for DOS but only runs in a command window or
from a batch or CMD file.
