CD Autorun -- Help needed

I am burning a CD which will have three folder on it. I know how to use
[autorun] to start a program automatically, but I cannot figure out how to
display the three folders (with or without a list of contents) on insertion
of the CD, so a choice can be made from the three folders. Copies of the CD
will be going to different people, whose file structure may be different, in
particular the CD drive may have a different letter. Is there somewhere a
freeware program which will simplify this procedure? TIA for any
suggestions.
