Closing locate32 on WIn9X

Hi,

There was some peoples who couldn't close
locate32 (also me). Closing is much safer if you
minimize locate to the task bar. Then it close
seemly. Great new !

But one day i will have too drop this platform too,
i guess when XP will become obsolete. I'm 1 OS
too late :)
