Are you planning on calling numbers at a BINGO event? If so you may want to
check out any local gaming & lottery regulations, including licenses for
Callers, and specifications for equipment and software. I suspect that none
of this is free. Even if you are holding the tournament in a Church basement
for some of the local parishoners you will want to be in full compliance. A
single complaint of perceived wrong-doing could bring down more trouble on
you that you may have ever thought possible.
