As tf76 writes, you need to provide some info on what programs are
starting at boot up time. From there one can track them down to see
what's happening. Googling the program names can provide some help.
There are a number of other tools available too including Sysinternals
'process explorer' and 'autoruns' etc.

At the moment we know nothing except that you've slowed down.
