I started it only to monitor a program install, so it was monitoring
that, but it wasn't running beforehand. I was just using it the way I've
always used it. This was the first time I'd started it since
re-installing it. That only made it worse in the sense that after I
denied it permission to add itself to startup, WinPatrol shut it down,
so it was unable to finish monitoring the install. And I don't remember
it ever doing that before (starting itself with a reboot in order to
monitor a program)...I'd been using it for a year or so before having to
reinstall Windows.
