Sync-ing Address book Desktop--Pocket PC

Hey everyone,
I am looking for a program to sync between addresses on my desktop, and
addresses on my Pocket PC (Dell Axim X30). Microsoft says it will do
it with Outlook, but all I have it outlook express, and it wont do it
with that apparantly. Does anyone know of any work that has been done
on this? Thanks
If I have to use a different program, that's fine. I just want the
functionality.
