There's at least one program out there that will do this - move your
programs to another drive and change the registry settings for those
programs to point to that drive.

The name of the program refers to post office mail forwarding, but I
can't remember it or find it with a web search. I seem to remember
that it's freeware so you might look on freeware sites for anything
that sounds right, or someone else might know the name.
